Hi, I’m Leena :)

I’m a writer and photographer with a psychology/behaviour background, living on Yugambeh Country, Gold Coast, Australia (frequently elsewhere).

As a lifelong traveller and storyteller, I find myself endlessly inspired by our world, and our place within it. I’m drawn to exploring themes of humanity, culture, environmental conservation, psychology and femininity through my work.

I’d describe my photographic approach as organic, warm and intimate.

I equally enjoy photojournalistic, documentary style shooting, accompanying my written stories or travel writing, and playful, dreamlike, evocative shoots, focusing on couples, branding or individuals.
